Coldwell Banker/San Juan Islands
The advantages to being affiliated with Coldwell Banker include standards, accountabilities, a huge marketing reach, top notch support systems, and Coldwell Banker real estate brokers know they can trust and depend that their customers will receive the highest quality in customer service when they refer customers to each other. Coldwell Banker now has nearly 100,000 agents in 3,000 Real Estate offices within 49 countries on 6 continents. Further, Coldwell Banker sells over half of the $1,000,000+ homes in the United States. It is the best real estate franchise in the world to be affiliated with.
Steve Buck took over company operations in 1986. His brother, Sam, joined the company in 1987. In 1993, Steve established Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands, Inc. as a solely real estate sales company, with San Juan Properties then becoming solely a development company. They have grown from a company that represented their customers in about $7,000,000 worth of listing and sales transactions in 1981 to over $122,000,000 in 2017. They have been through four real estate cycles since 1981, including the (not so) Great Recession, and have remained not only intact, but are now stronger than ever. They have a great crew of incredibly good, diverse and interesting people that are the primary reason for the success of the company.
Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands works under the inverted pyramid form of management, doing everything they can to provide the best tools and support possible for all who work there.
Their Motto is: We put our clients and customers before ourselves.
Their Philosophy is to only retain full time real estate brokers, management and staff that share certain values such as integrity, professionalism, kindness to one another, a strong work ethic, extensive knowledge about our market and being of outstanding service to our clients and customers.
They are the most established and trusted real estate brokerage in the San Juan Islands.
